Within 24 hours of your session, you'll receive a written Action Plan document. It includes a summary of key findings, up to seven prioritized action items with owners and timelines, recommendations and guidance, and any relevant resources or references from the session.
Yes. $350 covers the session, your intake form review, the full 90 minutes, and your written action plan. That's the complete investment. And if you move forward with a retainer or project within 60 days, that $350 is credited in full toward your engagement.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking with no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the credit can be applied to a future session within 90 days.
